Dear reader,

 

Here is the meaning behind my song and lyrics "Once in a Lifetime Opportunity".

 

I will tell you how the song did come about and what you can't read in between the lines-if these weren't enough already...

 

Here we go:

 

I enjoy creating "Rock music" from time to time, there is even an urge to do so, if things get really weird or stressful around me. Did I create all circumstances I am living in? Is life happening to, for or even through me?...

 

Well, I believe that every day is a gift and actually this is one way to say "Once in a Lifetime Opportunity", while being alive and being given a new day with more than a single opportunity to decide what to next, I more or less went wild with the riff...

 

Many of my rock songs start with one riff one given opportunity and I do not overthink the process writing. 

 

Allowing that new chord come, then deciding where to make maybe one change but I do only need to stop adding any more chords, riffs to not drown the initial drive and feel of the very first riff,,,

Why these?

Why I found it interesting that some folks talk opportunity (including myself) I chose to talk "situation" here simply because an opportunity is one, because of a many different others things to one! A Situation describes a follow up action somewhat better for me, especially, and that takes us to the second sentence of this first pick "That is really any kind of nation" I almost always have to add the word nation because this worl still is sepreated by borders and there is a concept of nations in heads and on space. I am looking for a way to explain to my audience that situations happen in any kind of nations and so each individual has got a once in a lifetime situaion that in itself is a nation... Why because in my personal power is immagination, creating pictures of nations, worlds and even universes, so it is all up to me to think this power as given and to be used once or eternally ...

To push your thinking even further I added "And there's no attraction" (When maybe there is - or is there not? You decide! 

I wanted the lyrics and my style singing them to be loose, to be free, to be fun, to be - no too lame yet still not too serious - did I aim for being understood or do I try to understand, did I use some of my paintings in the video or did I not??? is the sky blue or what? ...
